Terms of Service

Local preview

AIHalloweenCostume is an AI costume portrait image editor. This local version has no configured public operating entity. Commercial launch requires the operator to review and complete these terms.

Your photos

Upload only images you own or have permission to edit. Do not use the service for impersonation, harassment, deceptive endorsements, illegal content or sexual exploitation. Use one clear photo of a person, two people or a pet. You must have permission from everyone pictured, including parent or guardian permission for children.

Results

Each request combines one reference photo and one preset prompt to create one AI-edited portrait. AI may change likeness, anatomy, clothing details and background. Results are creative previews, not physical products or professional fitting advice.

Credits

Starter ($9.90) grants 600 credits for up to 30 images at 1K, Party ($19.90) grants 1,200 credits for up to 60 images at 1K, and Crew ($49.90) grants 3,000 credits for up to 150 images at 1K. Each 1K image costs 20 credits; 2K costs 25 and 4K costs 55 credits. These new one-time packs have no credit expiry or automatic renewal. Credits purchased under earlier packs retain their original expiry and terms. A technical failure restores the actual credits consumed. A successfully generated image is charged even if you dislike its style. Credit restoration is distinct from a purchase refund.

Purchase refund requests can be raised through support tickets; applicable consumer rights are unaffected. Do not make a real purchase until this independent project's payment provider and operating details are configured.

Availability and deletion

You may download or delete your output from My creations. This local build provides no hosting or backup guarantee. Keep copies of images you want to retain.
